Common Applications:

• Etching Titanium (all grades) at room temperature for anodizing preparation.
• Etching Nitinol for cleaning, descaling, surface smoothing. Use to etch Nitinol wire during pre-processing for better bonding or post-processing for cleaning wire meshes and parts. Multi-Etch is suitable for implantable medical devices.
• Etching 3D printed Titanium and Nitinol parts. Multi-Etch is able to remove partially fused particles and improve surface roughness. Full submersion allows this to occur on parts with internal chambers that cannot be reached with typical machining.
